This includes, but is not limited to communicating with our support team, filling out contact forms on our website, chatting with one of our representatives, captcha verification, commenting, liking or sharing any of our content from our Facebook page(s), sharing Instagram posts.

If you communicate with us via our contact form, our by contacting our support email, we will erase your data 6 months after our last communication.

Now, if you comment, share or like any of our content on our social media pages, your information will remain until you remove the comments, shares or likes yourself.

We monitor our social media content daily, so if there's anything obscene or offensive in relation to our customers, we will remove that immediately. Examples are abusive comments, false statements, personal attacks on individuals.

We use your personal data to analyze our website metrics and provide you with a more enjoyable experience by showing you promotions, and products that you might be interested in (based on the data you've provided). It is also used to optimize our website's functionality so that we can minimize loading times for every page.

We have data encryption on every single page of our website. What this means in simple terms is that we have taken measures to ensure that when you do visit our website, although we can see your IP, we cannot track you or who you are.

This means that you cannot shop with us, but also it will stop any newsletters, promotions, or any marketing that we have tailored to you as our valued customer.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
